It is with immense pride that we share our journey in the PBS Ignition Programme, highlighted in the "Improbable Journeys" series. This week, MicroVida-Portugal is in focus, revealing how we are redefining the fruit and vegetable market in Portugal.

At MicroVida-Portugal, our mission is clear: to promote healthy, sustainable, and responsible eating. Through our e-commerce platform and strategically located refrigerated lockers, we eliminate intermediaries, allowing consumers to buy food directly from producers. This ensures fair prices and fresh products, transforming not only the way we consume but also how we value our food.

We thank all mentors (Nelson Vento, Miguel Henriques, Rita Barros Silva, André Silva, and many others), participants (Ignition Programme), and especially the members of our working group in IGNITION (Sónia Ferreira, João Rabaça, Ana Malhado).
